A blank journal for 108 days of practice: one line per day in the practice logs, and the longer entries on the daily journal pages — every word entered by you, in your own words. This is a planning tool, not medical advice. It prints blank pages only: nothing is written for you, and every entry in it is yours.
Four practice logs run from day 1 to day 108: the day numbers are printed down the side, and beside each one the date, the practice in your words, and a note. Three daily journal pages take one day each — the date at the top, the entry below in your words — and the page is made to be printed again as the stretch runs.
Two practice records hold one line per entry across the stretch, and the at-a-glance page holds the standing facts. When the book closes, the closed book is the record of its 108 days.
