A record book for a tutoring practice: who you tutor, when the sessions sit, what each session covered, and a dated note page for every student — all on blank pages, in your words. The progress notes in this book are blank grids — dates and lines only. Nothing in it is written about a student for you; every word is the tutor’s own.
Two weekly session schedules hold the tutoring week slot by slot, and a student roster holds the term’s students with the subject in your words and each session’s day and time. Three session logs take one line per session: the date, the student, and what was covered, written while it is fresh.
Two progress-note pages take one student each: dated lines for what you noticed and what comes next, in your words and in nothing else. A sessions and payments record closes the book’s working half. When the term closes, the closed book is its file.

Pairs well with the Parent-Teacher Conference Planner from the same shop: this book holds the sessions and the notes behind them, and that one holds the round of meetings around them.
