No segment in any of the ten designs carries a printed figure, and no design carries a schedule or a promised figure at its end. You colour a segment only for money you have already recorded, and the log at the back holds the facts in lines: the date, the amount you wrote, and the design you used. The designs differ in shape and in how many blank segments they hold — six wide rings, ten steps, twelve squares — and that is the whole difference between them. Keep the printed pages somewhere private; no page asks for an account number or any login.
