A record book for the work a home quietly needs: what was done, when, by whom, and what it involved — kept in one place, in the keeper’s own words. Every page is blank on purpose. This book holds records, not instructions.
The records in this book are the keeper’s own. The book does not tell the keeper what their home needs, when it needs it, or how any job should be done — it holds the dates, the names and the notes, so the history of the house is written down instead of remembered. Generic household systems are named plainly where a record needs a label — filters, gutters, detectors, the roof, the water heater — and everything else is a line for your own words.
Inside: a home at a glance page (the house and its systems, with the years you know), two blank schedules — a year planned month by month and a year sorted by season, both written in your own hand — and three maintenance log pages for one line per job done. Around them sit the keeping pages: a filters and parts record (the sizes and kinds your home takes, written once), a who-I-call page for the names that matter, a work-done record for the bigger jobs, a looking-ahead page for the things you are watching, and a look-back page for the year the house had. Print fresh log pages whenever a book fills; the file is yours to reprint.
Not the same shelf as its neighbours: the Home Reset Cleaning System (P-266) holds the home’s cleaning routines, weekly to seasonal; this book holds the home’s work record — the jobs, the names and the dates. The Deep-Clean Checklist Pack — Room by Room (P-267) covers the periodic deep clean that the log will quietly note as done.
