The Wedding Planning Workspace — Budget + Guests + Vendors is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up a wedding records system in your own Notion workspace — a budget log of entries as you record them, a register of guests, a register of vendors, a board of task rows and a board of timeline rows. You build it yourself from the guide’s exact specifications; no hosted template link is involved, so the system is yours outright and nothing can break, move or disappear.
What it is: a 13-page PDF that specifies six Notion databases — Budget Log, Guests Register, Vendors Register, Tasks Board, Timeline Board and Notes Register — with every property (name and type), the relations between them, the rollup Row Count, the exact formulas, the views to create, and the dashboard layout that reads them back.
What’s inside the system: a budget log that holds every entered figure exactly as you record it, grouped by the kind label you set; a guests register that holds each guest row with its state and party size as you note them; a vendors register that counts the budget rows recorded against each vendor; a tasks board of dated rows you set down yourself; and a timeline board of the dated rows you hold. The included sample-data chapter uses fully fictional rows and states the expected totals, so you can watch every count behave before you clear the sample rows and start with your own.
Honest note: this is a records system, nothing more. It holds the budget entries, guests, vendors and dated rows you record yourself, and it contains no wedding guidance, no planning instructions and no wording for the day of any kind. Everything in it is a record you wrote.
