A record book for one teaching placement: where you are, what you saw, what was noted in your mentor meetings, and the hours as you worked them — all written by you, in your words, on blank pages that ask for facts and nothing else. It is an organisation and recording tool for the practicum itself: the placement, kept whole, in one small book.
The placement pages are written once and kept current: an at-a-glance page and a placement information record hold the school’s standing facts as you learn them. The observation logs hold one entry per observation — the date, the part of the day, and what you saw, written while it is fresh. A record of the week’s shape keeps the class’s standing week on one page.
The mentor meeting log and the hours log close the loop: every meeting dated with what was noted, and every day’s time written as you worked it. Two weekly notes pages carry a plain Notes heading and blank lines — nothing prompts the thinking; the thinking stays the writer’s own.
