Post-Renovation Cleaning Planner

The builders have gone, the rooms are yours again — and every surface is wearing a fine layer of the work. This printable Post-Renovation Cleaning Planner holds that particular clean: room-by-room checklists written for rooms the builders have just left, a first-walk page for what the work left behind, a second-pass page for the rooms that settle, and a work record in your own words.

It opens with a project page — the project in your words, the rooms the work touched, the order you will clean them in. Then a first walk through every room before anything is cleaned, noting what you found. Then the room lists themselves: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms, a windows-doors-and-fixtures round, and floors, stairs and entry last. A few days later, the second-pass page walks the rooms again and notes what needs doing once more, and the final-walk page closes the clean before the furniture comes back.

Everything is a checklist or a record, written in your words. The planner makes no rulings about the building work itself — it simply keeps the cleaning, so months from now you can see which rooms were done, how many passes they took, and what the second pass found.
