Parent-Teacher Conference Planner

A planner for one round of parent-teacher conferences: who is coming when, a blank prep sheet for each student, notes written as each meeting happens, and a log of what was left to do — all in the teacher’s words. This book prints pages and headings only. It offers no comments, no phrases and no counsel; what is said in the room, and written in this book, is the teacher’s own.

Two schedule grids hold the whole round: the times, the students, and who is coming, written as the bookings come in and ticked as each meeting happens. The prep sheets carry neutral headings — what is going well, the topics to cover, the questions they may bring — and blank lines beneath each, written before the day. Nothing on them is phrased for you.

The notes pages sit beside the prep sheets, one per meeting. The follow-up log holds what was left to do after each meeting, with a tick when it is done, and the messages log keeps the round’s messages and replies in one dated place. When the round closes, the closed book is its record.
