A calm, undated digital real estate planner with real hyperlinks — tap the Index or the tab strip at the top of any page and jump straight to the section you want. Made for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo and other PDF annotation apps on iPad and tablet: import the PDF once, write with your stylus, and duplicate any page as often as you need it.
Every page is blank structure in a slate navy: a year at a glance, month and week pages, a day page, property, viewing and costs logs, people and accounts records and a calm month review. Nothing is filled in for you — every word in this planner is yours. There is no programme and no instruction inside: just well-made blank pages that stay out of your way.
This is a planning tool, not medical advice.
