A log book for days at the wall and days at the crag: each session written down at the time, in your own words, and nothing written for you. This is a planning tool, not medical advice. It prints blank pages only: the routes, the grades and every note are yours.
Three session logs hold the visits: one line per route — the route in your words, the grade as you write it, a tick for each try, and a tick when the line is finished. Two route records hold one route each, with the dated lines of your visits kept together. A project log holds the routes that take longer, ticked session by session. Two weekly grids and a gear record close the book.
