Annual Subscription Audit Workbook

Original price was: $9.95.Current price is: $6.95.

A blank subscription inventory for a household that pays for things by the month and the year — streaming, apps, memberships, software, boxes — and wants one honest book that lists them all, in the keeper’s own words and the keeper’s own amounts. No verdicts, no totals done for you, no claims about what any of it is worth. Every page is a record you fill in yourself: the subscription’s name in your own words, the cycle you write, the renewal date you write, and the amount you write yourself.

This is a planning tool, not financial advice — it does not tell you which subscriptions to keep, which to end, or what anything should cost; you write every entry in your own words and write every amount yourself.

Three record books split the life of a subscription the way a household lives it: a subscription inventory for everything currently running, a yearly subscriptions record for the once-a-year charges that arrive unannounced, and a changed subscriptions record for the ones whose terms move — a price that changes, a cycle that changes, an ending you note in your own words. Labeled example rows on the first page of each record show the shape of an entry; every value on them is a placeholder you replace with your own. A records-at-a-glance index counts the rows in each book, and a look-back page asks what the subscription landscape looks like now, in your words. Print fresh record pages from the file any time. Your records are personal, so the book keeps itself private: there is no field anywhere for an account, card number, password or login — names, dates and amounts only.

Not the same shelf as its neighbours: the Household Bills Organizer (P-246) holds the household’s recurring bills; this workbook is for subscriptions only, in their own three books. Looking for the wider money picture instead? The Cash Envelope System Planner (P-243) records money in envelopes; this book records only what runs on a cycle.
