Two people, one household, and a hundred small logistics a week: bins, bills, visitors, groceries, the car. This undated printable planner is the shared notebook for all of it — the week, the jobs, the money meeting, the plans — in one place, in both your words.
It is an organiser, plainly: grids, lists and agendas. It teaches nothing, assesses nothing, and has no opinion about your household. Every decision on every page stays yours, jointly.
INSIDE (14 printable pages, US Letter, fully undated):
– Start Here: how the system works in 4 steps — and what this planner is not
– Our Shared Week: the week in three columns — yours, theirs, shared
– The Weekly Check-In Agenda: four standing slots, twenty minutes, take turns with the pen
– Who Does What: the standing split, written down — a sample row might read “Bins — Tuesday”
– The Swap Page: temporary changes made official, with end dates
– Money Meeting Agenda: you set the date, you fill the topics, you write what was settled
– Appreciation Notes: small boxes for small thank-yous — blank boxes are just boxes
– Our Shared Lists: to get and to do, one list with two writers
– Dates & Plans Log: trips, visitors and projects being arranged, with a “set” tick
– The Parking Lot for Two: topics that deserve a check-in, just not this one
– Agreements We Wrote: decisions the two of you made, kept where both can find them
– Monthly Look-Back: which pages earned their keep — logistics only
– Notes page
Print at home (one copy to share) or use on a tablet. Sample entries are neutral logistics only — this is a household organisation tool, full stop: it offers no guidance about the relationship itself.
This is a planning tool, not medical advice. Instant download — no physical product will be shipped. For personal use.
