A paper log book for one hundred days of practice: the days on blank log pages, the weeks on blank grids, and the records kept in the same book — every line written by you. This is a planning and record-keeping tool, not medical advice. It prints blank pages only: nothing about the practice is written in for you, and every entry in it is yours.
Five practice logs hold one day each: the day in your words at the top, and the lines of the day below. Two week grids, a hundred days record and a days record close the book; the days of the hundred are counted in your words as they pass.
What’s inside (14 pages):
– Cover + Start Here — how the log book works in four steps
– My Log Book at a Glance — the standing facts in your words
– Five Practice Logs — one day per page, in your words
– Two Week Grids — one week per page, a line for each day
– Hundred Days Record + Days Record
– Keeping It Together + Notes
Print details: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), undated, print-ready PDF. Print at 100% / Actual Size. The log pages are made to be printed again until the hundred days are full.
