A blank log book for one marathon build: the plan you already hold, written week by week — the plan grids, the weeks as they happen, the long runs, and the race written down at the end of it. This is a planning tool, not medical advice. It prints blank pages only: nothing is written for you, and every entry in it is yours.
Two plan grids hold the two plan lengths, one line per week: the week numbers are printed, and the week itself is written in your words. Four weekly logs take one week per page — the days as they happen, written on the day — and the page is made to be printed again for every week of the build.
A long run log, a race day record page and a races record hold the rest: the numbers as you write them, the day in your words. When the race is run, the closed book is its record.
