The document inventory holds one line per document: the date you wrote it, the document in your own words, and where you keep it. The account inventory holds accounts by name only — there is no column for a number, and there never will be. The expense records hold expenses after they happen, shared and single on separate pages. These pages hold sensitive personal records: write a nickname instead of a full name wherever a name is not needed, and keep the printed pages somewhere private — no page asks for an account number or any login.
