The Sinking Funds OS is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up a fund record system inside your own Notion — a funds register, a contributions log, a targets board holding the target figures you enter, a calendar, a notes register and an archive board, tied together by relations and rollups and read from a single dashboard. Records only — this system is not financial advice.
What it is: an exact, step-by-step build specification — every database, every property (name + type), every view, and every formula written out in full, plus a sequenced 30-minute build checklist, a sample-data chapter with fictional data and stated expected totals, and weekly + monthly workflows. The guide teaches no way of saving and sets no amounts: every label and every figure in the system is written by you.
What’s inside the system: Funds Register (every fund as you record it — label, kind, the target figure and date you enter, with the contributions against it read back as a total), Contributions Log (each contribution by date, tied to its fund), Targets Board (your own target rows with a days-left count), Calendar (the dates you note, by day), Archive Board (closed funds kept as counted records) and Notes Register (the paper trail in your own words) — plus the Dashboard.
Honest note: this is a build-it-yourself blueprint guide, NOT a hosted duplicate-this link — you build the system in your own Notion (the free plan is enough; no Notion subscription needed), following the guide step by step. Building it yourself means you own it outright, understand every part of it, and no seller can ever revoke access. Setup follows the checklist; most builders finish in about 30 minutes.
