The Scholarship Tracker is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up a scholarship record system in your own Notion workspace — a register of scholarships, a log of applications, a calendar of deadline rows, an index of documents and a log of award figures as entered. You build it yourself from the guide’s exact specifications; no hosted template link is involved, so the system is yours outright and nothing can break, move or disappear.
What it is: a 13-page PDF that specifies six Notion databases — Scholarships Register, Applications Log, Deadlines Calendar, Documents Register, Awards Log and Notes Register — with every property (name and type), the relations between them, the rollup Application Count, the exact formulas, the views to create, and the dashboard layout that reads them back.
What’s inside the system: a scholarships register that counts the applications recorded against each row; an applications log that holds each application row with its stage and date as you set them; a deadlines calendar of dated rows you set down yourself; a documents register that indexes the paperwork behind each application while the documents themselves stay in your own files; and an awards log that holds award figures exactly as you enter them. The included sample-data chapter uses fully fictional rows and states the expected totals, so you can watch every count behave before you clear the sample rows and start with your own.
Honest note: this is a records system, nothing more. It holds the scholarships, applications, deadlines, documents and award figures you record yourself, and it contains no guidance about applications, no wording for any application and no admissions information of any kind. Everything in it is a record you wrote.
