Rideshare Driver Profit Tracker — Uber & Lyft

Original price was: $21.95.Current price is: $13.95.

The app says you made $246 on Saturday. After Lyft/Uber’s fees and the 163 miles your car actually drove, you made $201.51 — $28.79 an hour, which is good. Tuesday’s $138 gross was $99.92 true — $22.20 an hour, which is not. This tracker makes that calculation for every driving day: payout minus YOUR per-mile vehicle cost (fuel + maintenance rates you enter yourself — your car, your numbers), giving TRUE profit, profit per mile and profit per hour online. The sample’s 8 days: $1,434 paid out, $243.57 of vehicle costs, $1,190.43 true profit — $1.12 per mile, $25.33 per hour, with 5 of 8 days quietly below the $25/hr target.

What it does for you:
– TRUE profit per driving day: fares + tips + bonuses − platform fees − the cost of your miles. The two rates (fuel, maintenance) are example settings on Start Here — replace them with your car’s real numbers.
– Profit per mile AND per hour on every row: the two numbers that decide when to drive, where to drive, and when to go home.
– Uber vs Lyft, settled with your data: the Platform Summary rolls each app up separately — in the sample Uber pays $26.75/hr against Lyft’s $23.59/hr across identical weeks. “Both” days are tracked as their own line.
– Weekly blocks for the weekly review: set your week dates and each block totals days, hours, payout and true profit — the Sunday-night review takes two minutes.
– Tax set-aside that keeps up: your example % of true profit is totalled for you ($178.56 on the sample at 15%), beside a full expense log and zero-based budget.

What’s inside (.xlsx, works in Excel AND Google Sheets):

– Platform Summary — automatic per-platform roll-up (Uber / Lyft / Both) + 3 editable week blocks
– Expense Log — business spending, categorized (fuel, maintenance, insurance…)
– Monthly Budget — zero-based, Budget vs Actual fills itself

Instant download. Yellow cells are yours to type in; every formula cell is locked (password sheetdaily, shown in Start Here) so nothing breaks by accident. Sample driving days are pre-filled so you can see the math working — replace them with your own. Per-mile costs and the tax set-aside % are your own example settings, not official rates.
