Recruiter Candidate Pipeline

Run your whole desk from one Notion workspace — and own the system outright. The Recruiter Candidate Pipeline is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for a Notion system with six linked databases: Candidates, Roles, a Pipeline Stages register, an Interviews Log, Clients and Invoices, plus a live Dashboard that shows who is in the pipeline, which roles are open, what interviews are ahead and who owes money at a glance.

What makes this different: most Notion templates are sold as a single duplicate link — if the seller ever moves or deletes the original, your system is at risk, and you never learn how it works. This guide specifies everything: every property (name and type), every relation and rollup, and the exact formulas to copy — including invoice Total with tax, Balance Due, an automatic Overdue flag that counts the days, and a Days In Stage formula on every stage row. Build it once in 30–45 minutes with the sequenced checklist, verify it against the included fictional sample data (two employer clients, two roles, two candidates and invoices whose totals are stated in the guide so you can check your build to the cent), then delete the samples and go live. A Pipeline Stages database holds each candidate’s stage history as its own register — the record a single board leaves in its comments.

Inside the PDF (13 pages): Start Here; the 30-minute build checklist; the Dashboard spec; one chapter per database (properties table, views to create, formulas written out in full); the Sample Data chapter with stated expected totals; weekly + monthly workflows; troubleshooting FAQ. Works on Notion’s free plan. You will need a free Notion account and about 30–45 minutes to build the system — this is a guide that builds the template in your own workspace, not a hosted link. Planning/organization tool only — not accounting, tax or legal advice.
