A log book for the weeks before a meet and the meet day itself: each session written down at the time, in your own words and figures. This is a planning tool, not medical advice. It prints blank pages only: nothing is set for you, and every entry in it is yours.
Three lift logs hold the sessions: the lift named at the top of the page, then one line per entry — the date, and the numbers exactly as you write them. Two weekly lifting schedules and two meet week logs hold the weeks. The meet day record keeps the day on one page: three lifts, three tries each in the order they happened, and a tick for the good ones. A gear and kit record closes the book.
