The pre-filled sample runs 8 bookings: $1,698 gross becomes $1,482.40 net after $215.60 of commissions — a blended $31.54 per night/visit, with holiday premiums adding $69 that a plain income log would bury.

– Repeat clients rolled up automatically: the sample’s two repeat clients (2 bookings each) produce 40.9% of all net income. The Client Summary flags them with a ★ — those are the relationships to protect.
