Pantry Cleanout + Inventory Sheets

A pantry cleanout is part emptying, part writing: what comes off a shelf and goes back on gets an inventory line, and the sheets you write become the pantry’s memory. This printable pack pairs a shelf-by-shelf cleanout checklist with four blank inventory sheets — and every date on those sheets is one you write yourself, copied from the packet in your hand.

It opens with the pantry at a glance: its shelves named the way you name them, what else lives there, where the sheets will live. The cleanout checklist works one shelf per session — everything off onto the counter, grouped like with like, the empty shelf wiped, things put back in an order you choose, and the inventory lines written as they go back. A cleanout record keeps each shelf’s story: the date, the shelf, what came off, in your words.

The four inventory sheets cover the shelf families: dry goods; tins, jars and packets; the baking shelf; and spices and small jars. Each line holds the item in your words, how many, the date you write from the packet or label in front of you, and your notes. The pack prints no dates and makes no rulings — the sheets record, and the cook decides. A running-low page is noted the day the empty jar is spotted, so the next shop starts from a list that wrote itself, and a blank inventory sheet with a category you name yourself covers the shelf family this pack did not: drinks, pet food, the preserving shelf — yours to call it.
