A record book for a move’s money, and nothing else: blank record pages, quote records copied from your own enquiries, and payment records. You write the items in your own words, you write the names, you write every amount — the book prints no categories, no cost lists and no amounts.
This is a planning tool, not financial advice — it does not tell you what a move should cost, who to book with, or what to do first; you write every item in your own words and write every amount yourself.
Each record page holds one line per item: the date you wrote it, the item in your own words, the name you wrote, and the amount you wrote. The quote record holds the quotes you copy from replies to your own enquiries. The payment record holds payments after they happen. A sample row shows the shape of an entry, and its amount column is blank, like every amount in the book. Write a nickname for anything you would rather not name in full, and keep the printed pages somewhere private — no page asks for an account number or any login.
Not the same shelf as its neighbour: the Homebuying Budget Workbook (P-258) is a record compilation for a home purchase, built from documents the buyer already holds; this book is the money record of a move itself — items as they arise, quotes as they arrive, and payments recorded after they happen, in the order they occur.
