Mobile Car Detailing Job Tracker

Original price was: $28.95.Current price is: $19.95.

A detailing job’s price is the easy number. The honest number is what the job netted after the products it used and the miles it took to reach it — and that is the number this tracker keeps, job by job. It is a job book: every job logged with its price, its product cost, its miles, and its net.

It is not an expense-only vehicle log — a van expense book (the Mobile Pet Grooming Van Expense Tracker) tracks running costs without ever billing a job, while this book starts from the billed job and works down to the net. And it holds no detailing checklists, inspection steps or process content anywhere: how you detail is your craft; this book is the money the craft made.

The sample week logs 8 jobs across 3 packages: $1,418.00 billed, $115.10 of products, 156 miles at a typed $0.55 a mile (an example setting — enter your own rate) costing $85.80, and $1,217.10 netted — an average ticket of $177.25. Full Detail is the top-earning package at $945.00 across 4 jobs, printed from the log’s own rows. The honest line is Thursday’s: the Coupe’s Interior Detail billed $135.00 but drove 64 miles to reach it — $35.20 of mileage — and nets $88.95, the lowest net in the log, printed plainly with its miles attached. Friday’s two jobs make it the week’s best day at $323.55 net; Thursday, with that one far-drive job, is the weakest at $88.95. A job book that hides its weakest day is a price list with better marketing — this one prints both ends.

HOW IT WORKS
– ‘Job Log’: one row per job — date, vehicle and package in your own words, job price, product cost for the job, miles driven. Mileage cost (miles x your typed rate) and net for the job calculate per row.
– ‘Package Mix & Days’: type only the package names and the week’s dates. Jobs, revenue and net roll up per package, the average ticket prints, and the top-earning package is named.
– The day roll-up: jobs, revenue and net per day, with the week’s best and weakest days printed from your own numbers.

WHAT’S INSIDE
– A per-job net that includes the drive: price minus product cost minus mileage at your typed rate
– Package mix with the top-earning package printed (sample: Full Detail, $945.00 across 4 jobs)
– Average ticket from your own rows (sample: $177.25)
– The travel-heavy job exposed, not hidden: the lowest net in the log ($88.95) is the 64-mile job, printed with its miles
– Best and weakest days both printed (sample: $323.55 best, $88.95 weakest)
– Plus the standard Expense Log, zero-based Monthly Budget, Dashboard and Monthly Summary tabs

Every price, product cost, mileage figure and rate in this workbook is an example setting you type — the sheet does arithmetic on your figures only, and never tells you what to charge.

How it works: the seven tabs are Start Here (your settings + step-by-step), the two feature tabs, Expense Log, Monthly Budget (zero-based), Dashboard and Monthly Summary. Yellow cells are the only places you type — every yellow value is your own entry. Formula cells are locked (password: sheetdaily, disclosed on the Start Here tab) and every formula is error-wrapped, so an untouched sheet reads blank instead of showing error codes. Instant download, ready for Excel and Google Sheets.

A note on the sample data: every price and date in this workbook is example data, typed in by hand to show you how the sheet behaves. Replace it with your own.
