Lawn Care Route Profitability Tracker

Original price was: $28.95.Current price is: $19.95.

A lawn care route can be fully booked, busy all day, and still be the route that loses the money — because revenue counts the clients, and profit has to survive the miles between them. This tracker judges each recurring route on its own numbers: the route’s revenue, its miles at your typed mileage cost rate, its fuel and other costs, and the minutes it takes — and prints the route’s profit and its profit per hour.

It is not the Landscaping Business Job Costing Sheet: that workbook costs individual one-off landscaping projects, materials and labour per job, while this one is about the same clients revisited week after week, route by route. It is not a quote builder either — the Pressure Washing Quote Calculator prices one-off jobs before they are booked; this tracker never quotes anything, it looks back at a week of routes and says which ones earned their keep.

The sample logs three routes. The North Side route earns $385.00 from 9 clients over 22 miles and keeps $331.30 — $47.33 an hour. The Riverside Loop earns the most revenue on the log, $560.00 from 14 clients, and loses $22.00: 118 miles of driving, plus a paid helper day and disposal fees typed into its other costs ($419.20), leave its profit per hour at -$1.87, the lowest on the log. The Old Town route keeps $192.50 at $35.00 an hour. The week prints $1,210.00 of revenue, $708.20 of route costs and $501.80 of route profit — with the strongest route, the weakest route and the lowest profit per hour all named on the Week Roll-Up, from your own rows.

HOW IT WORKS
– ‘Route Log’: one row per route/day — route and day in your own words, typed clients, typed recurring revenue, typed miles, typed fuel and other costs, typed minutes (work + drive). Mileage cost, route profit and profit per hour calculate per route.
– Profit per hour is explicit arithmetic: route profit ÷ your typed minutes × 60 — the drive time is inside the number, not beside it.
– ‘Week Roll-Up’: the week’s totals pull from the log, and the strongest route, weakest route and lowest profit per hour print by name.

WHAT’S INSIDE
– A per-route profit build: revenue − mileage cost (miles × your typed rate) − fuel − other costs
– Profit per hour per route, from typed work + drive minutes
– The honest split, printed: the most-revenue route ($560.00) is the only route that loses money (-$22.00, -$1.87/hr)
– A week roll-up with strongest and weakest routes named, not averaged
– Plus the standard Expense Log, zero-based Monthly Budget, Dashboard and Monthly Summary tabs

Every revenue figure, cost, minute count and mileage rate in this workbook is an example setting you type — the sheet does arithmetic on your figures only, and never tells you what to charge.

How it works: the seven tabs are Start Here (your settings + step-by-step), the two feature tabs, Expense Log, Monthly Budget (zero-based), Dashboard and Monthly Summary. Yellow cells are the only places you type — every yellow value is your own entry. Formula cells are locked (password: sheetdaily, disclosed on the Start Here tab) and every formula is error-wrapped, so an untouched sheet reads blank instead of showing error codes. Instant download, ready for Excel and Google Sheets.

A note on the sample data: every price and date in this workbook is example data, typed in by hand to show you how the sheet behaves. Replace it with your own.
