Home Management OS is the complete build blueprint for a Notion system that holds a home as a plain record: a rooms register, a maintenance log counted per room, an appliance register, a documents vault index, a costs log, and a notes register — every database, property, relation, rollup and formula specified in full, so you build it once and own it outright.
What it is: a 13-page PDF build guide (not a hosted template link). You follow a sequenced 30-minute build checklist in your own Notion workspace — free plan works — creating six databases plus a dashboard: Rooms Register, Maintenance Log, Appliance Register, Documents Vault Index, Costs Log, Notes Register. Every property is listed with its exact name and type, every formula is written out in full, and every view is specified.
What’s inside the system: upkeep rows counted per room and per appliance, cost rows totalled per room, household documents held as an index of labels only — plus a Sample Data chapter with fully fictional rows and stated expected totals, so you can verify your build behaves exactly as specified before you clear it and start with your own records.
Honest note: this guide teaches you to build the system in your own Notion account; it is not a duplicate link to a hosted template. It is also strictly a records system — rooms, upkeep rows, appliances, document labels and cost rows as you enter them — and contains no guidance of any kind about looking after a home.
