A complete Notion system for holding a college application cycle as a plain record — six databases, one dashboard. A Colleges Register with an application count per college, an Applications Log that records each application by its stage and date, a Deadlines Calendar, a Documents Register that indexes the documents behind each application, a Costs Log for the fees you note, and a Notes Register. Every application, deadline and document sits in one searchable record with its own row, so the cycle’s state is always visible at a glance.
What it is: a 13-page PDF build-blueprint guide that walks you through building this exact system in your own Notion, step by step — page by page, database by database, in about 30 minutes. Every database is specified completely: every property with its name and type, every view, and every relation, rollup and formula written out in full, ready to copy in.
What’s inside the system: a 13-step build checklist; a five-block dashboard spec; full build chapters for the Colleges Register, Applications Log, Deadlines Calendar, Documents Register, Costs Log and Notes Register; a Sample Data chapter built on a fictional holder with stated expected totals (four application rows, an application-count statement and a $150.00 total across the fee rows) so you can verify your build; weekly and monthly maintenance workflows; and an FAQ with a license box.
Honest note: this is a PDF guide that teaches you to build the system in your own Notion (the free plan works) — it is not a hosted template link and not a live application service. You build it once, own it outright, and it holds your records only: every row is a record you wrote yourself.
