A coaching package is a promise of hours wearing a price tag. This tracker divides one by the other — ALL the hours: sessions plus the support, prep and check-ins nobody counts. The sample coach sold 8 packages worth $27,400 at list and banked $25,120 — because $2,280 (8.3% of list value) leaked away in discounts. The blended rate is a healthy $189.58/hr against a $150 target, but the package discounted 25% with heavy support hours pays $112.50/hr — below target, invisible in any bookkeeping workbook, obvious here in one column. Per package and per client.

– Effective $/hr per package, honestly loaded: session hours (sessions × hours per session) plus support hours, against the price actually paid after discount.

– Clients ranked by real rate: repeat clients roll up automatically — the sample’s best client relationship (2 packages, 30.5 hours) pays $145.57/hr, close to target but not on it, which is a repricing conversation with numbers attached.
– The support-creep detector: two identical $3,600 packages pay $140.87/hr and $112.50/hr in the sample — the difference is a bigger discount and one extra support hour per week. This is the tab that finds that before renewal, not after.
