A bundle of blank record pages for the classroom: what happened, when it happened, and who it concerned — written at the time, in the teacher’s own words. This bundle prints blank pages only. Nothing in it sorts, scores or names what you record; it holds dated facts, kept in one book, and every word in it is written by the teacher who keeps it.
The observation logs hold one event per block — the student, the date, the time, and lines for what happened — three pages of them, plus a day’s record that holds a whole day line by line. The tally grids are blank by design: name what you are counting, in your words, and mark one box each time; the week tally holds a week on a single page.
The parent communication log keeps every message and talk in one dated place, and the record index notes where each record lives, so any page can be found again in seconds. The records stay on paper, with the teacher, in the room.
