The Student Dashboard — Courses + Assignments + Grades is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up a student organisation system inside your own Notion — a courses register, an assignments log, a grades log, a schedule, a notes register and a resources log, tied together by relations and rollups and read from a single dashboard.
What it is: an exact, step-by-step build specification — every database, every property (name + type), every view, and every formula written out in full, plus a sequenced 30-minute build checklist, a sample-data chapter with fictional data and stated expected totals, and weekly + monthly workflows. It is organisation only: the guide holds no course content of any kind, and the grades log simply holds each grade exactly as it was recorded — no formula in the system computes anything from a grade.
What’s inside the system: Courses Register (every course with its term label, state, any cost you noted and an Assignment Count), Assignments Log (each assignment with its course, due date and state), Grades Log (each grade as a dated record, exactly as entered), Schedule (dated rows with a days-left count), Notes Register (your own notes, in your own words) and Resources Log (the materials you hold, indexed beside their course) — plus the Dashboard.
Honest note: this is a build-it-yourself blueprint guide, NOT a hosted duplicate-this link — you build the system in your own Notion (the free plan is enough; no Notion subscription needed), following the guide step by step. Building it yourself means you own it outright, understand every part of it, and no seller can ever revoke access. Setup follows the checklist; most builders finish in about 30 minutes.
