A record book for a special education caseload: who you serve, the meetings you sit in, each goal as it is written in the student’s own plan, and the sessions you run — kept on blank pages, in your own words. This is a planning and record-keeping tool, not special-education advice. It prints structure only: no wording is written for you, and every entry in it is the teacher’s.
The caseload pages are written once and refreshed as the caseload changes: an at-a-glance page and a caseload list. The meeting logs hold one line per meeting — the date, the student, who was there, what was noted. The goal records copy each goal in the plan’s own words, with dated lines beneath for what you record over time, and the plan dates record gathers the dates that sit inside the plans onto a single page.
The session and communication logs keep the working week in one place, and two blank weekly lesson pages close the book — the week’s lessons drawn the way you plan them. The records stay on paper, with the teacher, in the room.
What’s inside (14 pages):
– Cover + Start Here — how the planner works in four steps
– My Caseload at a Glance — the caseload’s standing facts in your words
– Caseload List — the students you serve (first line is a sample)
– Two IEP Meeting Logs — date, student, who was there, what was noted
– Two Goal Progress Records — the goal in the plan’s own words, dated lines
– Service & Session Log — date, student, service as written in the plan
– Communication Log — one line per conversation, answered ticked
– Plan Dates Record — the plans’ dates gathered on one page
– Two Weekly Lesson Pages — blank weeks for your own plans
– Notes
Print details: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), undated, print-ready PDF. Print at 100% / Actual Size. The logs and record pages are made to be printed again whenever the caseload changes.
Pairs well with the Parent-Teacher Conference Planner from the same shop: this book holds the plan’s own records, and that one holds the round of meetings with parents.
