A deck of small cards instead of one long list: 36 printable cards to cut out — 32 printed tasks and 4 blank cards — where every card holds a single plain household task, broken into two short steps, with a blank “my time” line you fill in yourself and a box to tick when the card is done. Pick one card, do the one card, file it at the back of the deck. That is the whole system, and it is organisation only.
This is a planning tool, not medical advice — the cards hold plain household tasks on paper, one at a time, and nothing in them is advice about your health or care. Nothing on any card is advice of any kind: a card names a task, two plain steps, and a line for the time it took you, in your own hand.
Four small decks cover the house: Quick Resets (a counter, a bin, the bed, the entryway floor — the shortest cards in the deck), Kitchen Cards (dishes, counters, the microwave, the fridge door, the floor), Bathroom Cards (the toilet, the mirror, the bath, the vanity, the tiles), and Rooms & Floors (vacuuming, dusting, the sheets, a full load of laundry, the stairs, one drawer). The blank cards are for the tasks only your home has: name the task, write its steps, keep its time line. A card record page at the back holds one line per finished card, if you keep it — keeping it is optional, and the deck works either way. A half-done card keeps its place in the deck; there is nothing to catch up and nothing to restart.
Not the same shelf as its neighbours: the Home Reset Cleaning System (P-266) is the whole-home routine planner, and the Deep-Clean Checklist Pack — Room by Room (P-267) is the periodic deep clean, list by list. This deck is the small end of the same shelf: one card, one task, one tick.
