A monthly bill book: blank calendar grids you date yourself, bill lists copied from your own bills, a year list of bills ticked month by month, and a record of what has already been paid.
This is a planning tool, not financial advice. You copy every name, date and amount from your own bills.
The calendars arrive with no month name and no day numbers printed — you write both, so the same grid serves any month in any year. Each bill gets a line: a nickname in your words, the due date copied from the bill, the amount copied from the bill, and a box to tick when it is paid. The year list holds one row per bill and twelve blank month boxes, named by you in your own order. One bill can have a page of its own, and the paid pages keep the record in lines: the date, the nickname, the amount you copied.
Write a nickname for each bill — never an account number — and keep the printed pages somewhere private. No page in this book asks for an account number, a card number or any login.
On neighbouring shelves: the ADHD Bill Pay + Deadline Tracker (P-207) is a deadline tracker built as an ADHD support; this is a plain monthly bill book for any household. The Paycheck Budget Planner (P-242) organises money by the paycheck; this organises bills by the month. The Cash Envelope Wallet System (P-243) records what went into a wallet of envelopes; this records bills and their due dates.
