A pet’s day runs on other people’s memory: who did what, at what time, and what was said at the last appointment. The ADHD Pet Care Routine Tracker gives the day one paper home — a daily routine log, a week grid, a handover page and an appointment log — every line of them written by you, from your own knowledge and your own paperwork.
Nothing in it instructs or advises, and there is no health content of any kind. The routine is the one you write; the handover says what you choose to write; the appointment log is a copy of your own booking: the date, the place in your own words, and what you were told, also in your words. A privacy note is printed in the book: the tracker holds your pet’s routine and your contact details if you write them, so keep it somewhere private. It differs from the ADHD Appointment + Healthcare Tracker, which logs a person’s own appointments — this one logs a pet’s routine and the appointments booked for them.
