The Freelance-to-Full-Time Transition OS is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up a work-mode change record system inside your own Notion — a steps checklist board, an applications log, a clients register, an income log, a timeline board and a notes register, tied together by relations and rollups and read from a single dashboard. Both sides of the change sit in one record: the freelance side you are leaving and the applications side you are building.
What it is: an exact, step-by-step build specification — every database, every property (name + type), every view, and every formula written out in full, plus a sequenced 30-minute build checklist, a sample-data chapter with fictional data and stated expected totals, and weekly + monthly workflows. The guide holds records and a pipeline only: the steps board ships as a blank structure, every figure is a figure you typed in yourself, and the guide gives no guidance of any kind about the change itself.
What’s inside the system: Steps Checklist Board (step rows you write yourself, in your own order), Applications Log (each application by date and stage), Clients Register (every freelance client on record, with its income rows counted back), Income Log (income figures exactly as you entered them), Timeline Board (dated rows with a days-left count) and Notes Register (your own notes, in your own words) — plus the Dashboard.
Honest note: this is a build-it-yourself blueprint guide, NOT a hosted duplicate-this link — you build the system in your own Notion (the free plan is enough; no Notion subscription needed), following the guide step by step. Building it yourself means you own it outright, understand every part of it, and no seller can ever revoke access. Setup follows the checklist; most builders finish in about 30 minutes.
