Interview Prep System

The Interview Prep System is a complete build blueprint (PDF guide) for setting up an interview preparation record system inside your own Notion — an interviews log, a questions register, a prep schedule, a companies register, a contacts directory and a notes register, tied together by relations and rollups and read from a single dashboard.

What it is: an exact, step-by-step build specification — every database, every property (name + type), every view, and every formula written out in full, plus a sequenced 30-minute build checklist, a sample-data chapter with fictional data and stated expected totals, and weekly + monthly workflows. The guide holds records and structure only: the questions register ships as a blank structure, and the guide gives no questions, no answers and no guidance of any kind.

What’s inside the system: Interviews Log (each interview by date and stage, tied to its company and contact, with any cost you noted), Questions Register (blank rows for your own questions and notes, tied to their interview), Prep Schedule (dated prep rows with a done box), Companies Register (every company with its interview rows counted back), Contacts Directory (every person as a plain label, with counts) and Notes Register (the paper trail in your own words) — plus the Dashboard.

Honest note: this is a build-it-yourself blueprint guide, NOT a hosted duplicate-this link — you build the system in your own Notion (the free plan is enough; no Notion subscription needed), following the guide step by step. Building it yourself means you own it outright, understand every part of it, and no seller can ever revoke access. Setup follows the checklist; most builders finish in about 30 minutes.
