A record book for physical education classes: what each class did, who took part, and the numbers the teacher writes down — all recorded at the time, in the teacher’s own words and figures. This is a planning and record-keeping tool, not fitness or medical advice. It prints blank pages only: nothing is written for you, and every entry in it is the teacher’s.
Three class activity logs hold the teaching weeks: one line per session — the date, the class, and the activity in your words. Two participation records hold one row per student, ticked session by session as the term runs, with the class and the session dates written at the top in your words.
Two fitness record pages take one student each: dated lines for the record as you keep it, every word and number written by you. An equipment record, a weekly session schedule and the at-a-glance page hold the rest of the term in the same book. When the term closes, the closed book is its file.

Pairs well with the Substitute Teacher Binder — Emergency Plans from the same shop: this book holds the term’s records, and that binder leaves the class’s facts on the desk for the days you are away.
