The quote record holds the quotes you copy from replies to your own enquiries. The payment record holds payments after they happen. A sample row shows the shape of an entry, and its amount column is blank, like every amount in the book. Write a nickname for anything you would rather not name in full, and keep the printed pages somewhere private — no page asks for an account number or any login.
