A freeze log for one period at a time, and nothing else: a record set for the period you choose, a grid of blank day boxes, and a daily log. You write the period’s dates, you number the boxes, you mark the days you record — the book prints no length, no categories and no amounts.
This is a planning tool, not financial advice — it does not tell you what to buy or stop buying; you choose your own period, write your own notes in your own words, and write every amount yourself.
Each period gets a record set: its start date and end date in your hand, and a page of notes in your own words. The day grid is blank boxes waiting for your numbers and dates. A period can end early, and a fresh period can start on a new record set — the second set and the extra grids are printed for exactly that. The daily log holds one line per entry: the date, what you recorded in your own words, and the amount you wrote. A sample row shows the shape of an entry, and its amount column is blank, like every amount in the book. The period list holds one row per period you have recorded, ended early or not, in the same ink. Write a nickname for anything you would rather not name in full, and keep the printed pages somewhere private — no page asks for an account number or any login.
Not the same shelf as its neighbours: the No-Spend Challenge Planner (P-244) counts days on grids printed in three lengths; this tracker prints no length at all — one user-defined period, recorded one at a time. The Ultimate Budget Planner Bundle (P-241) carries a single freeze-style page inside a thirty-page bundle; this is the standalone period log.
